DRYAD is developing Nature-Based Solutions to enhance the resilience of Mediterranean agro-silvo-pastoral landscapes against climate change. By combining ecosystem restoration, sustainable land management, and stakeholder engagement, DRYAD supports climate adaptation and resilience across vulnerable rural areas in Southern Europe. (https://dryad-project.eu/)
PRECILIENCE is strengthening climate resilience in boreal agriculture and forestry. Working with farmers, foresters, landowners and other actors, Precilience is co-developing practical solutions to protect soil, water, crops, trees and ecosystems. (https://www.precilience.eu/)
ClimaPannonia is driving climate resilience across agriculture and regional communities in the Pannonian Basin Area through the large-scale uptake of systemic solutions. By connecting field-based demonstration activities, regional cooperation and knowledge exchange, ClimaPannonia supports the development of practical approaches that help rural landscapes and agricultural systems respond to long-term climate challenges. (https://climapannonia.eu/)
TRANSFORM is helping co-develop resilient crop rotations with farmers and regional stakeholders to address climate, economic and societal challenges. (https://www.transform-rotations.eu/)
